We’re expanding our team and seeking an Online Filipino Specialist with a knack for social media management. This role is integral to enhancing our social media footprint and engaging effectively with the USA demographic on behalf of our agency and clients.

The Role:
As our Social Media Specialist, you will manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, fostering connections, and deploying strategies that potentially go viral within the North American Market. Your expertise will drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and execute engaging social media strategies tailored to our platforms and the clients we serve, with a focus on creating viral content that resonates with and expands our target demographic.
Produce creative and impactful posts designed to foster connections, engage communities, and stimulate sharing and discussion.
Leverage Go High Level for comprehensive campaign management, client engagement, and performance analytics.
Stay abreast of current trends, memes, and cultural nuances in North America to ensure content is relevant and appealing.
Participate daily in Zoom meetings to align with the team on strategies, content, and campaign performance.
Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance the virality and effectiveness of our posts.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and viral content.
Solid understanding of creating effective social media posts, making meaningful connections, and strategies for viral engagement.
Proficiency in Go High Level, with the ability to utilize its features for maximizing campaign effectiveness.
Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of crafting engaging content and narratives.
Creative thinker with excellent content creation and editing skills, adept at producing viral content.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work during specified PST hours graveyard shift and participate in daily Zoom meetings.
