What we’re looking for:
We’re looking to hire a full time Social Media Specialist. We are a high growth startup that relies on executing an omni channel marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Marketing Team. This role is fast-paced and requires individuals who are extremely motivated and looking for tremendous growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
The working hours are 8 hours a day. The time zone and timing will range from 8AM EST time to 5 PM EST time (Eastern Standard Time).
Pay is $750 per month for 40 hours a week.
Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
Creating Instagram content based on our brand guidelines using Canva
Posting Instagram stories daily at 12PM PST and optimizing them for engagement
Managing our social media content Calendar in Notion
Creating, Organizing, & Uploading Pins to Pinterest
Generating Sales, Leads, & Engagement across other social media platforms
Analyzing social media metrics using software like Later
Perform weekly Social Listening doc based on industry competitors social media accounts & posts.
Find prospects on instagram based off of our customer avatar and reaching out for sales opportunities.
Maintaining and organizing the content and UGC for all our brands
Organize all social media assets across all social platforms
Post on multiple social media platforms from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and more
Requirements
Iphone or Android (Model Within Last 2 Years)
High speed Internet (Must send speedtest)
Experience and ability to use Facebook, Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
2+ years experience with social media management and operations
2+ years of experience in content creation
Experience working with a U.S. company managing their Social Media
Experience with managing a social media content calendar
Experience using software to report on & analyze social media analytics
Experience with creating content using Canva or Adobe
Experience with scheduling out Social Media Posts & Managing Inboxes via platforms such as Later and Hubspot
Ability to read and write messages in English and create strong verbal messages on your own
Ability and willingness to learn the Greek Life and International Sports in depth in a requirement for this role
Bonus Perk: Individuals with knowledge of Greek Life and International Sports will be preferred
Must be flexible with working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Our company is growing very fast, candidates must be comfortable with changes to their position and daily responsibilities.
