Job Description

The Social Media Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms. They will leverage their expertise to grow our brand’s online presence, engage with our target audiences, and drive measurable results through creative content and analytics-driven tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Design, implement, and manage a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on performance metrics.

Content Creation & Management:

Develop high-quality content tailored to each platform’s audience and specifications.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos.
Platform Management:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
Audience Engagement:

Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Foster community growth and maintain positive brand sentiment.
Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze social media performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Recommend innovative strategies and tactics to enhance the brand’s digital presence and engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
