We need a full-time Social Media Specialist to join our team.
===Key Responsibilities===
– Ideate and plan content for CEC’s social media channels to advance company business – Increase brand awareness, develop audience engagement and inspire action.
– Produce and publish social media content across all our channels – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
– Respond to customer enquiries via DM and the comments sections of our social media pages.
– Source and negotiate partnership opportunities with influencers and UGC creators, and liaise with them to progress collaborations.
– Track and analyse social media data to make meaningful decisions about how to purpose and refine content for maximum impact.
– Curate content, Writing ad Copy, Creating eye Catching Images, Designing and implementing marketing campaigns

===Skills and Experience===
– Ideally, you will have 3-4 years experience in social media or content marketing, you might also have your own high-performing channels
– Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud [Photoshop, Premier Pro] will be advantageous
– Exposure to content curation tools such as BuzzSumo, feedly would be advantageous
– Good knowledge of developing assets for different social media platforms in order for optimisation
– Experience with Google Analytics and social media insights to inform your approach to results-focused social media content creation
– Energetic, enthusiastic, responsible and pro-active with a “can do” attitude.
– Excellent time management skills, ability to pivot and prioritise multiple projects and competing deadlines
– Excellent communication – written and verbal, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and work ethic
– Ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player
– Excellent attention to detail in design and proofing and ability to check your own work
