Job Description
As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital voice and presence. You will be tasked with creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and developing strategies that resonate with our mission and audience.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement social media strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement.
– Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with our mission and objectives.
– Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
– Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and consistent marketing message.
– Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications
– Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, preferably with a focus on social good or public health.
– Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
– Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
– Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
– Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
– Fluency in English is essential.
