Social Media Specialist

Our online fashion store needs a Social Media Specialist to manage our social media pages and keep them on-brand and engaging. This team member needs to have a strong grasp of online trends as well as an understanding of fashion in order to effectively engage with our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

– Work with the digital marketing team to create relevant content that appeals to our target audience
– Keep up to date with online trends and content guidelines imposed by top social media platforms
– Ensure that content is created and uploaded on schedule to keep our pages active and interesting
– Help grow our following boost sales by organizing and launching ads to promote new arrivals, featured listings, and promos
– Help create graphics that adhere to our brand guidelines, capture our audience’s interest, and present our merchandise in an appealing way
– Assist with video production and editing and opywriting as needed

Requirements:

– A passion for fashion and self-expression
– Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree or a graduate of any art or fashion-related course, or its equivalent
– Computer proficiency is a must with advanced knowledge of Photoshop and/or Canva and video editing software
– Must be highly familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube and other emerging social media platforms
– Excellent written and verbal English skills
– Attention to detail, consistency and thoroughness in executing their tasks
– Loves interacting with people both on social media and within the work environment
– Some background in branding and digital marketing is a plus
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
