Responsibilities:
– Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and brand identity. Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with each group.
Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, and others. This includes graphics, photos, videos, and written content that showcase our products, services, and brand values.
– Community Engagement: Foster and maintain an active and engaged social media community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Initiate conversations, answer questions, and address customer inquiries or concerns.
– Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences. Identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
– Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve marketing goals. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular performance reports.
– Social Media Analytics: Analyse social media metrics and data to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the beauty and wellness industry. Apply new trends and innovations to enhance our social media presence.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all marketing channels. Coordinate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
– Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management.
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media marketing.
– Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
– Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
– Experience in analysing social media metrics and using insights to drive performance improvements.
– Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to identify and engage with relevant influencers.
