OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Social Media Specialist (25 hours per week) with 3+ years of previous
social media management experience to create and repost weekly content for 4 brands on Linkedin,
Instagram, Facebook, & YouTube. In addition to these tasks, we will need someone to help
keep our sales platform organized in HubSpot.
This Social Media specialist does need experience on all of these platforms.(HubSpot, LinkedIn, and
Instagram, Canva, and Chat GPT).

TASKS:
• Creating graphics using existing templates & content in Canva
• Creating Monthly campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot and scheduling follow-ups.
• Schedule content in advance using Later software (HubSpot, Canva).
• Creating captions for all scheduled posts to include hashtags.
• Resharing daily Instagram reels & posts on stories
• Creating & sharing 3-4 Instagram stories per week
• Checking daily inbox for tagged content to save & reshare.
• Monitor and track client/lead engagement on LinkedIn and HubSpot.
• Respond to daily communication on social media platforms (Linkedin, FB, and Instagram).
• Update Website as needed utilizing Godaddy
• Manage our Google reviews, glass door, etc.
• Create Company marketing presentations and internal company monthly newsletter presentations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Speak & write in fluent English.
• Experience using a social media scheduling tool (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
• Familiarity with using HubSpot, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for communication.
• Experience posting to HubSpot.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience with hashtag research
• Graphic design experience needed – though Canva templates can/will be used, the applicant MUST
have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)

PROVIDED:
• Access to social media hashtags & scheduling tools
• We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
• Not all content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will (Must know how to utilize chat GPT)
need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!

HOURS: 25 hours /week
RATE: $6/ hour ($600/month)
