Fun Healthy Habits is an e-commerce site dedicated to promoting and selling health-related products for busy parents, stay-at-home parents, and those interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and durable products that encourage healthy habits.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Savvy: You should be proficient in FB/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopify, and blog content writing.
2. Action Plan: Develop a comprehensive social media action plan, including channel selection, content details, and a posting schedule.
3. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content based on our goals and plan.
4. First Draft / Final Draft: Submit a first outline for approval before finalizing the delivery.
5. Post Scheduling / Publishing: Schedule and publish social media content according to the plan.
6. Performance Report: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
7. Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement with our followers.
8. Content Creation: Create daily social media posts across 3-5 platforms (including graphics, caption, hashtags, CTA) and write content for blogs.

What We Need:
• Management of 4-5 social media platforms
• Page/channel evaluation
• Content creation and scheduling of posts
• Regular reporting and performance analysis
• Development and execution of action plans
• Active engagement with followers
Requirements:
• Design skills with Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of FB/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopify
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
