Social Media Specialist

Authority Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Specialist based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and have experience in retargeting/remarketing through Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to increase followers on each social media platform, focusing on audiences that align with our target verticals/niches.
– Regularly update and modify existing posts, utilizing relevant #hashtags and engaging with influencers (@ accounts) for potential cross-promotion opportunities.
– Set up and manage retargeting or remarketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, targeting visitors to our website.
– Oversee and optimize ad presentations to site visitors to ensure effective reach and engagement.
– Use Google Analytics to track the success of retargeting campaigns, ensuring targeted traffic converts and goals are met.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
– Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and knowledge of social media best practices.
– Experience in retargeting/remarketing through Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret and report on campaign results.
– Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
