What are we looking for:

You will be working with an Amazon Private Label company selling children’s toys and crafts. The company is based in Sydney, Australia but operates its eCommerce business across the US, UK, CA, AU, and (next year) EU marketplaces.

For work hours, their team in the Philippines works a schedule that allows them to work Philippine daytime.

As a Social Media Specialist, your primary focus will be optimizing our digital presence and increasing overall brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for delivering quality creative content (e.g. posts, captions, reels, email writeups, blogs, etc.) across our social accounts following the brand guidelines. You will also lead our influencer outreach and content management, email marketing, and reporting on brand performance. In this role, you will continuously monitor social and industry trends and keep a close eye on competitor accounts in the space. This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark and have an immediate impact on a great business.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

This role is 100% remote work.

In this role you will:

Ensure strict adherence to the brand strategy and guidelines across different customer-facing facets of the business
Set, plan, and implement social media campaigns and strategies, including influencer marketing and email marketing
Write and produce engaging content daily (text, image, and video), taking into account the conventions and limitations of social media platforms
Facebook (posts and reels)
Instagram (posts and reels)
Pinterest
Amazon posts
Ability to make Tik Tok content an added bonus (although not essential)

Lead all the engagements in all social media platforms (Amazon Posts, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube)
Find relevant influencers to work with and create a strategy for developing credibility and promoting awareness to audiences via UGCs
Monitor, track, respond to, and report feedback and online reviews

About You:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media, Influencer and Email Marketing, and brand management in the e-commerce environment
Must have awareness of SEO and digital marketing – Digital marketing agencies experience a big positive
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Experience in handling Amazon and/or other e-commerce brands is a plus
Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
A ‘people person with proven interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent email writing capabilities
Have an interest in digital marketing, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
