Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily management of campaigns, ensuring the team meets deadlines and reports progress to senior leadership.

Regularly check and report on assignments related to new product launches, particularly emphasizing video content for short-form media platforms.

Create, maintain, and expand social networks, with a strong emphasis on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, alongside Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and others.

Produce and edit compelling video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and audience’s interests.

Manage the company newsletter and editorial calendar, integrating social updates and video content strategies.

Monitor and report on social media progress using web analytic tools, providing insights and strategies to senior leadership.

Review the success of campaigns and develop innovative strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth.

Foster engagement with social media influencers.

Address customer issues through responsive and engaging social media interactions.

Stay updated with the latest social media practices, technologies, and trends in short-form video content.
