This position requires you to work as a Social Media Specialist and an Appointment Setter. (Outbound Calls) . CAN START ASAP!

Social Media Management

· Must have an experience in Social Media Management and Outbound calls

· Develop creative and engaging social media strategies

· Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

· Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools

· Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms

· Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Appointment Setting (Outbound Call)

· Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative

· Making outbound calls to achieve daily and monthly goals

· Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Operations Manager

· Build and maintain a database with potentially interested prospects and follow up for future business opportunities

· Experience with Zendesk is a plus

Technical Requirements:

· The computer should be at least i5 up

· Stable internet connection with backup
