We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join a real estate team as a Social Media Specialist and Cold Calling Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms for a real estate agent, as well as a property appraisal company. Additionally, you will dedicate time to cold-calling potential clients on behalf of the real estate agent. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of both businesses.
Responsibilities:
Social Media for Real Estate Agent (1 hour per day):
– Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement.
– Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with the real estate agent and her companies to understand their goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
– Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Social Media for Property Appraisal Company (1 hour per day):
– Implement social media campaigns to promote the property appraisal company’s services and expertise.
– Create compelling content to showcase the company’s appraisal process, highlight success stories, and provide valuable insights.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement to optimize engagement and reach.
Cold Calling for Real Estate Agent (2 hours per day):
– Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the real estate agent’s services and generating leads.
– Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the agent to deliver a persuasive and professional sales pitch.
– Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and scheduling appointments for the real estate agent.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and outcomes in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for businesses is preferred.
– Familiarity with real estate industry trends and understanding of effective social media marketing strategies.
– Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet daily goals.
– Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for design to create visually appealing social media content.
– Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms to track performance.
