Are you a seasoned LinkedIn enthusiast with a proven track record of actively managing and elevating LinkedIn accounts, specifically using Sales Navigator for lead generation? We are seeking a talented individual with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn account management, including a focus on Sales Navigator, to join our team as a LinkedIn Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging LinkedIn for professional networking, engagement, and successful lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach and Lead Generation:

Demonstrated track record in initiating and managing strategic outreach campaigns on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
This means you have successfully generated leads and converted prospects into valuable connections and potential clients.

Implement effective engagement strategies, utilizing Sales Navigator features to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
Monitor and adapt to LinkedIn algorithm changes, ensuring sustained visibility and reach for targeted audiences.

Curate and create compelling content tailored for the LinkedIn audience, with a focus on attracting and engaging potential leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and industry trends.
Analytics and Performance Improvement:

Utilize Sales Navigator analytics tools to track lead generation performance and key engagement metrics.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize outreach effectiveness and maximize lead conversion.
Networking and Relationship Building:

Actively participate in LinkedIn groups and forums related to the industry, using Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key influencers and decision-makers.

Utilize Sales Navigator features to enhance relationship-building and nurture connections into potential opportunities.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in actively managing LinkedIn accounts with a focus on Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Proven success in lead generation and converting prospects into valuable connections or clients.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Navigator features, LinkedIn algorithms, and best practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Compensation will be increased based on results. If you perform, you will earn bonus + salary increase
