We are looking for a part-time social media ROCKSTAR who is detail-oriented, proactive, and witty!
This role has the potential to go full-time depending on the results of job performance.

At the moment the company is a single-member start-up. The company is looking to expand the team with the role of Social Media Specialist. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

We will start with relatively limited hours (20 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.
Applicants should be well versed in using Facebook, YouTube, adept with Canva, and have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator previously. Or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them.
Please note, you must be available to work during Barbados / New York business hours.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute social media content strategies.
– Create, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business)
– Engage with the audience and prospective clients to build a community and foster relationships.
– Monitoring and replying to comments on social media
– Staying up to date with platform updates
Lead Generation:
– Identify and acquire potential leads through social media and other channels.
– Nurture leads through personalized communication and lead nurturing strategies.
– Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
Data Management & Analysis:
– Track and analyze social media performance and lead generation activities.
– Provide regular reports on metrics such as engagement rates, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with the sales & admin team to ensure leads are handed off effectively.
– Align social media and lead generation efforts with broader marketing goals.
– Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
– Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
– Proven work experience as a Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist (Minimum of 2 years)
– Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
– Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Having a quiet environment to work
– A strong Internet connection
– A Windows 10 Laptop/PC or Mac (Apple) with at least i3 or equivalent with 4GB RAM
