We’re actively seeking multiple diligent and communicative Social Media Specialist (SMS) candidates to streamline our client’s social media presence and support the lead generation efforts.

Client Overview: Our client is a leading provider of Internet Service Provider (ISP) solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable internet services to a diverse range of customers. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive our social media efforts specifically targeting ISPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, a deep understanding of the ISP industry, and a proven ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns.

Position Summary: The Social Media Specialist (SMS) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for social media trends and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote ISP services and engage with our target audience.
– Identify and understand target audience demographics and behaviors to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
– Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy adjustments.

2. Content Creation:
– Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
– Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
– Plan and manage a social media content calendar to ensure a regular and timely flow of posts.

3. Community Engagement:
– Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to build a loyal and active community.
– Foster relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the ISP industry to expand our reach and credibility.
– Encourage and facilitate user-generated content and customer reviews to enhance brand authenticity.

4. Collaboration with Marketing Team:
– Work closely with the marketing team to support digital marketing and business development efforts through collaboration and relevant content.
– Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on social media interactions and engagement metrics.
– Assist in the development of digital marketing materials and campaigns to ensure alignment with social media strategies.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Use social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media efforts remain competitive.

Compensation Plan:
• Target Total Compensation: USD 780.00 per Month (Approximately PHP 45,800.82)
• Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate of USD 4.50 per hour (Target USD 780.00 per month)
• Thirteenth Month Incentive: We will pay a 13th-month incentive-based average of the entire annual compensation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the ISP or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and staying current with social media trends.
