Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for social media and organization? We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist/Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us elevate our online presence. If you’re passionate about creating captivating content, organizational tasks for content creation, and staying ahead of social media trends, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
– Conduct administrative tasks such as organizing Google Drive, cleaning up emails, and ensuring smooth workflow.
– Exhibit great attention to detail while proofreading copy and files for grammar errors, maintaining high-quality standards.
-Follow step-by-step directions to execute administrative tasks in CapCut efficiently.
-Design and create thumbnails using Canva to enhance visual appeal and maintain branding consistency.
-Generate innovative social media prompts and ideas based on current trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
-Assist in outreach efforts by utilizing CEO-provided templates to connect with potential leads.
-Craft compelling captions and copy for social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
-Actively engage with our on dedicated social media social media platforms through comments messages, and shares to foster a sense of community for a minimum of 30 minutes- hour daily per account
-Perform in-depth hashtag research for each post to optimize reach and engagement.
-Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to continuously refine our content strategy and drive results.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management or virtual assistance roles.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, CapCut, and Canva.
-Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
-Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
-Prior experience with outreach and engagement strategies on social media platforms is a plus.

Location:
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
