Job Description

Nonnahs is seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist at Nonnahs, you will develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our clients. You will work closely with our founder to develop content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize social media efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop strategies for, and manage all social properties including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging channels
* Develop and implement regular social promotions and campaigns, and report on their success
* Assist with the development of content calendars
* In collaboration with the founder, maintain a consistent brand voice and guide content asset development
* Lead tagging, titling, linking, and keyword optimization of all content
* Develop ongoing actionable reporting based on mutually agreed upon client KPIs
* Explore new ways to engage new and existing social networks to reach our prospects and customers
* Constantly monitor trends, news, and other benchmarks that can influence client content strategy
* Remain up to date on branded content regulations and restrictions
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of strategies, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to demonstrate the impact on the organization’s objectives
* Self-edit and proof to ensure information is factually and grammatically correct and, most importantly, on brand.
Requirements

* A thorough knowledge of best practices and trends for new and developing social networks
* Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on social media campaigns
* Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite or experience working in the medical industry

Initially, this role will entail 10 to 15 hours per week, with the potential for full-time transition based on workload demands. A three-month trial period is mandatory, after which a permanent position may be offered.
