Social Media Strategist and Content Creator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Strategist and Content Creator, who is not only
proficient in English but also deeply versed in the digital landscape. The ideal candidate should
possess a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and
Instagram, and be skilled in crafting strategies and content that resonate with audiences across
these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and
Instagram, focusing on engaging and relevant content that aligns with current trends and
audience preferences.
– Create captivating and platform-specific content, including short-form videos (ideal lengths:
under 60 seconds for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, 15-30 seconds for TikTok), and
potentially longer formats for YouTube (around 10 minutes). Ensure a balance of quality and
frequency, with a guideline of 1-2 quality blog posts and 2-3 engaging videos per day.
– Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics such as engagement rate, follower
growth, content reach, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, brand mentions, customer
response time, and sentiment analysis to optimize strategies and content.
– Proactively engage with our online community, managing responses to comments and
feedback, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
– Stay at the forefront of social media trends and platform updates, continuously adapting and
innovating our approach to maintain a cutting-edge presence.
– Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that social media strategies are
effectively integrated with broader marketing goals.
– Manage content calendars and schedule posts for optimal engagement, considering the best
times for posting and audience activity patterns.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio
showcasing your work on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
– Excellent command of English with outstanding communication skills, capable of crafting
compelling narratives and engaging content.
– A creative mindset, with the ability to produce innovative and original content that stands out in
a crowded digital space.
– Proficiency in social media analytics and a solid understanding of SEO principles to maximize
content reach and impact.
– Knowledge and experience with video editing and graphic design tools, enabling the creation
of visually appealing and platform-appropriate content.
The successful candidate will be someone who is not only a content creator but also a
strategist, capable of understanding and leveraging the nuances of each platform to create a
cohesive and impactful online presence.
