Core Responsibilities:
– Develop, create, and manage captivating content across various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
– Maintain our unique brand voice and image across all platforms and clients, promoting a consistent brand narrative.
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally to foster positive engagement.
– Evaluate social media metrics regularly to identify trends and generate insights for optimization.
– Supervise social media accounts for various small businesses, coordinating efforts to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
– Collaborate with our internal teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related job experience.
– Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for diverse businesses.
– Excellent command of English with superior written and verbal communication skills.
– Solid understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to convert data into improved strategies.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
