I am looking for an Social Media Strategist/ SEO Specialist+ Social Media Manager!
You will be working an estimated time of 20-25 hours every week with the hours ranging depending on the workload. There is a possibility of a full time position as the company grows! You may need to work occasionally on the weekends.
A little background about myself, I have a video + photo production company here in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. We are creating a new service which is a bulk photography + bulk videography + Social Media Management. The goal of this new service is to deliver “Scroll-Stopping Organic and Engaging Reels and Content”.
I promised my current clients that we will be delivering them results, I have a solid background in videography and photography but I would need someone to help me out with doing the SEO Research + SMM. ***Please note that I am looking specifically for someone that specializes in Social Media Strategist/SEO specialist. The Social Media Mangement part of the job is very minimal. ***
Here is the job description below:
-A strong sense of on-going viral video trends (Instagram + Tiktok)
-Develop a cohesive social media strategy
-Study the analytics of your strategy and adjust as necessary
-Implement short-term campaigns for growth
-Ability to make a PDF Proposal to clients (see Google Drive Link)
-Content Calendar Creation and Scheduled Posting
-Strong Knowledge in SMM tricks such as: Follow for Follow, running paid ads, #hashtag research, and more
-Communicating with followers, replying to social media comments, and tracking growth
-Excellent copywriting skills
-Familiarity with Email Marketing, Web Design and other forms of marketing methods is nice to have but not necessary
The pay will be $7.00-8.00 CAD and to be paid for every 2 weeks on the 15th, and the end of the month (31st or whichever comes first)
