We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. This part-time, remote role is focused on not just creating content but more importantly, crafting and executing strategic social media plans, including content calendars, analytics, and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Content Calendar Management: Create and manage detailed content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content across all social media platforms.
Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future content and strategies.
Engagement & Community Management: Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and engaged audience.
SEO & Content Marketing: Integrate SEO strategies into social media content to enhance visibility and reach.
Work Hours:
The role requires working from 9 PM to 2 AM Philippine Standard Time, totaling 25 hours per week.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy and management.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Strong writing and communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content and insightful analysis.
Proficient in social media platforms, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
Experienced with tools such as Buffer, Notion, ChatGPT (and other AI tools), and Asana.
High level of independence and motivation with minimal need for supervision.
Excellent project management skills, ensuring tasks and collaborations are kept on schedule.
Interest in technology, gaming, family, and personal development.
Desirable Skills:
Graphic design or video editing skills.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
Additional languages are a plus.
