Social Media Talent Scout Needed

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Talent Scout to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying and recruiting top-tier social media creators, with a focus on individuals specializing in creating engaging memes and using AI technology.
Your primary responsibilities will include direct messaging potential candidates, negotiating terms, and managing the onboarding process into our creator program.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Identification: Scour social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, to find creators who excel in meme creation and AI-driven content.
Outreach: Engage with identified creators through direct messages, presenting our program in a compelling way that aligns with their interests and strengths.
Negotiation: Confidently discuss and negotiate terms with potential creators, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for creators into our program.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with recruited creators, providing support and guidance as needed.
Reporting: Keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and recruitment success rates, providing regular updates to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Social Media: Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize platforms like TikTok and Instagram for talent scouting.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage potential recruits effectively.
Negotiation Abilities: Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for creating win-win situations.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple conversations and processes simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of Meme Culture and AI: A strong understanding of current trends in meme culture and AI in social media content creation.
Self-Motivated: A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a talent scout or similar role within the social media domain.
A portfolio or record of successfully recruited individuals or influencers.
