We are looking for a Social Media Team Manager, also known as a ‘Quality Assurance’ Manager who will be responsible for ensuring our social media team members produce quality results for our clients.
We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of 30+ high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Management of a growing team of social media managers that have been well-trained.
– Compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on the teams’ performance
– Coaching existing team members on as needed basis regarding their core responsibilities to hit their numbers for the week.
– Working closely with additional members of management and ownership to communicate the progress of the team and pass critical information to the team you manage.
– Holding team members accountable to their responsibilities and their numbers.
– Directly communicating with the team members you are responsible for managing and ensuring they are being helped in a timely manner when necessary.
– Evaluating performance and making determinations related to future employment.

Having experience with managing a team previously is a requirement to be considered for this role.

We will start with relatively limited hours (22 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow to full-time as our relationship develops.
REQUIREMENTS:
– 1+ years of relevant experience having managed a team of at least 3+ people
– Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
– Strong communication skills (Ability to have hard conversations)
– Having a quiet environment to work
– A strong Internet connection
– A personal laptop/computer that is not shared with anyone.
SCHEDULE:
You must be available to work following this schedule:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday 10PM – 2AM
Tuesday / Thursday 9PM – 2AM
