Social Media – Technical Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Associate to join our social media team. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our social media team, including managing the team’s tools, workflows, and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical aspects of our social media team, including managing the team’s tools, workflows, and automation processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the team’s workflow and automating repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the technical aspects of their work are aligned with the overall social media strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to the creative team to ensure that they are using the latest tools and technologies to achieve their goals.
• Implement performance management systems to track and measure the team’s progress against their targets and KPIs.
• Analyze data and provide insights to the team to help them make informed decisions and improve their performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies and provide recommendations on how they can be used to enhance the team’s work.

Requirements:

• Proof of experience in a technical role
• Experience working with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing workflows and automating processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automation programs such as Zapier
• Experience with social media scheduler tools and software
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics software.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
