Social Media VA for my Social Media Consulting Business

My name is Tara Murphy, and I’m looking for a digital and social media VA for my social media consulting business. I work with several brands on different IGC and UGC projects, as well as social media management for various brands around the world. I am looking for a VA who has an incredibly STRONG understanding of all social media platforms. You will be helping with all aspects of the “behind-the-scenes” for a social media business (website, email marketing, social media, digital media). I’m a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with, so we provide training and direct feedback to help mentor you as well.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Ability to design in Canva (graphics and videos)
3. STRONG understanding/experience of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and how to post/manage accounts
4. Content Creation, Idea Generation for brands + Video Editing Skills (Carousels, Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
5. Can take direction and initiative to solve problems
6. Able to work hours in the morning EST (Monday through Friday)
7. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
8. Knowledge of the Kajabi Platform and Wix Web Design (a valuable asset)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content creation (idea generation, editing, and posting)
2. Managing social media schedules and calendars (building out and planning social media postings)
3. Email Campaigns (designing email campaigns + scheduling content via Kajabi)
4. Instagram (creating content, scheduling, posting, and engagement)
5. TikTok (identifying trends and making short and long form TikToks)
6. Kajabi (utilizing the platform to its fullest potential)
7. Canva (creating presentations/packages for business as well as posts for social)

COMPENSATION:
This is a part-time role. Pay will be between $3-$5 CAD per hour, based on experience. Payment is through Wise, biweekly or monthly. If this compensation/rate does not work for you, please do not apply.
