WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager who specializes in copywriting and who can work part-time (15 – 20 hours per week) to become part of our team – Podcast Management Wiz!

QUALIFICATIONS
– Skilled in creative writing for social media
– Submitting a portfolio or work sample is required
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Applicants with experience or portfolio are preferred
Has a proactive and can-do attitude
– Someone who’s willing to learn and has perseverance
– Almost everything can be Googled. So you must know how to do internet research and can find solutions to simple problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Tweaking captions generated by AI
– Show notes writing using AI (We use Podsqueeze)
– Work with team members to QA / cross-check content before scheduling/publishing
– Posting to Social Media
– Scheduling and posting using scheduler (Ex. Meta Business Suite)
– Scheduling podcast to hosting and YouTube
– Skills in AI prompting is preferable but not required. We use Chat GPT.
RATE AND HOURS
– There will be training for 3 months to do the assigned tasks once hired.
– We already have processes and systems in place that you can easily follow.
– We also have subscription to tools that you can use.
– Training Work hours required: 10 – 15 hrs. per week (6PM – 9PM)
– Part-time Work hours required 15 – 20 hrs. per week (Flexible)
– After the training, you can designate the days and the hours you will work as long as you meet the weekly output required.
– Available for the weekly team meeting every Monday 6:30 PM.
– Total training allowance offered: P6,000 monthly (10 – 15 hrs. per week)
– Part-time rate: P9,000 monthly (15 – 20 hrs. per week)
– No work on weekends unless you want to do Overtime
– Payment can be done through bank transfer
