Job Description

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team part-time and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence online. In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your expertise in content creation, social media platform management, and community engagement to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives. Rate is $7/hr and working hours is TBD.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Develop visually compelling content that reflects our professional and luxurious brand image. This includes curating diverse content types such as property tours, lifestyle and health tips, educational posts, event highlights, and client testimonials.
Social Media Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Stay current with the latest features and algorithm changes to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Community Management: Foster a vibrant online community around our brand by actively engaging with followers, attracting new clients and real estate agents, and cultivating meaningful interactions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to refine our social media approach and improve results.
SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Implement effective SEO practices and strategic hashtag strategies to enhance brand visibility and organic reach across social platforms.
Social Media Advertising (Optional): Experience managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus! You’ll be responsible for optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum return on investment and expand brand awareness.
Creative Content Development: Think outside the box to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience and capture our unique brand voice (professional, luxurious, approachable).
Collaboration is Key: Thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating social media strategies to internal stakeholders and working closely with various team members to ensure successful execution.
