We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as well as long form content for YouTube. Fluency in English and proficiency with professional editing software are essential for this role.
We are looking to build a small team in the Philippines to help us with various requirements and this is the first hire. In the UK we are a team of 20.

I’m looking for someone to join my company as a full-time video editor.
Your role:
• Edit and produce high-quality long and short-form videos for social media platforms, ensuring they are engaging, dynamic, and aligned with our brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with our team to understand the vision and requirements for each video project.
• Receive and organise raw footage, following briefs to create final video products.
• Implement creative editing techniques, including transitions, effects, sound design, and colour grading, to enhance the overall production value.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and video formats to ensure content is relevant and appealing to our target audience.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to understand and execute project briefs effectively.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media video specifications, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay
• Up to $1000+ a month for full time work (40+ hours / week)
• This is a full time role
• If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for pay rises and bonus’ depending on performance.
