Job Description

We are looking for a fun, real estate loving social media who loves interacting with people online and spread the love of real estate!

You will be the go-to man/woman for design where you will touch on a little bit of everything related to creative assets. You must be extremely well organized and not afraid of tackling a task that has never been done before while constantly looking for ways to improve the workflow.

You will be an essential piece balancing admin work as we fully build the marketing department. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time employee that has long term potential.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report
2. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams (Edit Videos: Short Form & Long Form)
3. Manage and oversee social media content on FB, Twitter, Insta and Snapchat
4. Administrative Tasks (Data Entry, Calendar Management, Email Management & Campaigns)

Soft Skills:

Basic skills:
Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
1. Short Form & Long Form Content Video editing for Social Media (Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar)
2. Creative Content Curation for Social Media (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva or similar)
3. Video and Still Ad Designs (FB, IG, YT, etc)? (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva or similar)
4. Brand Design
5. Graphic Design
6. Photo Manipulation
7. Other Creative Work as needed
8. Data Entry (Google Suite, MLS, CRM’s)
9. ChatGTP

Advantage Skills:
1. Superb attention to detail – REQUIRED
2. Strong understanding of various short form content types – REQUIRED
3. Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Capcut) – REQUIRED
4. Excellent design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva or similar) – REQUIRED
5. Excellent understanding of social media creatives – REQUIRED

Desired technical skills and experience:
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you
1. Public relations experience
2. Branding

Work schedule and holidays:
-This is a full-time position
-Work hours are weekdays – flexible
-You’ll qualify for 10 vacation leaves and 5 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. (Will increase overtime)
-We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

Salary: $400 – $800 (Depending on experience)

Perks and benefits:
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
1. 13th month
2. Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
3. SSS Contribution

**NOTE: We have a rolling application for this position. This means there is no “due date” for the task but most applicants finish the task within 48 hours.
