Social Media Video Editor (Short and Long Form)

Hi!! My name is Meriah and I’m the owner of a real estate media company. My company does everything media-wise for commercial and residential real estate. But recently, we’ve started offering short form and long form social media reels/videos (talking heads) for our clients – real estate agents, brokerages, title companies, banks, etc. As well as content for myself and my business.

We’re excited to hire someone to be our video editor for this part of the business! We’re looking to fill this position IMMEDIATELY. Here’s the job description:

– I’d like to have 4-5 short form videos edited per day. Most of the work is short form social media reels (talking head), but occasionally I have long form videos (under 10 minutes). This is 5 days a week – Monday through Friday. This is NOT negotiable, if you can’t handle this type of workload, please don’t apply.

– You must have editing experience already. I’m willing to train about the systems for my business but I don’t really have time to train someone how to edit videos. You should already have the skills to do different editing styles. Some things will include, Ali style, Hormozi style and various others. You should know how to add captions, animations, sound effects, zooms, push ins/outs, text masking, transitions, etc. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE EDITING REAL ESTATE VIDEOS, THAT’S A BONUS!

– Be proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro

– I communicate with my team through Slack, so I need someone that is able to communicate on the regular basis.

– You should also be self motivated and willing to get the job done quickly and efficiently without having someone over your shoulders, telling you what to do.
