Social Media Video Editor & Strategist For Sales Training Company

My name’s Adam Bensman and I’m looking to hire a Social Media Video Editor & Strategist to join our small and mighty team.

Our company, The Roof Strategist, is an industry leader providing Online Sales Training for the roofing industry in the US and Canada since 2015. We also host the most followed YouTube Channel & Podcast in the industry with millions of views.

Our mission is to help sales people smash their income goal, and give every customer an amazing experience.

Where do you fit in?

We are growing and need your help taking our video production to the next level!

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Editing YouTube videos by adding subtitles and graphics to enhance the face-to-camera experience (like this: Click to view/fd-hi3NqMYo?si=kl8EPmaFf2QBHuVY )
– Edit videos into Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts (See @roofstrategist to see what we’re already doing)
– Create Reels/Shorts from our existing long-form videos on YouTube (see here: Click to view/theroofstrategist )
– Creating engaging YouTube Thumbnails
– Managing social media engagement, replies, and DMs

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years experience in social media management
– Able to produce up to 2-5 videos/day
– Strong video editing skills

Basic Skills: Please have knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn these softwares:

– Instagram
– TikTok
– Facebook
– YouTube
– G-Suite (google calendar, drive, docs, sheets, etc.)
– Basic graphic design to create engaging YouTube thumbnails
– Slack

Training Provided:

– You’ll have access to an entire library of SOP’s and video tutorials.
– Post in slack with any questions, our small and mighty team will happily help!

Work Schedule & Holidays:

– Full Time
– Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (UK Time)
– 1 Week Paid Vacation (earned at 6 months)
– We honor most Filipino holidays.
– All major US holidays Off (July 4th, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day)

Salary:

– $1,500 – $2,500 negotiable based on experience.

Perks and Benefits:

– 13th month bonus
– Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
– 5% or higher raise starting at month 13 (based on performance)
