[OVERVIEW]
Our team is searching for a talented General VA (40 hours per week) who is a fast learner and comfortable with social media to create and repost weekly content for our brand on TIkTok, Instagram, Linkedin & YouTube. Additional responsibilities may include some email marketing and customer service duties. Ideal candidates will be coachable, proactive and hard working. Our business is growing and we would like someone to grow with us long term. We will work closely to train the candidate to ensure that they are in a wonderful position to succeed!
[ TASKS ]
Social Media (20 hours/week):
Schedule content in advance using social media scheduling tool
Create captions for all scheduled posts
Hashtag research using tool
Reposting published TikToks without watermark on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories & LinkedIn (adjusting copy/hashtags to each platform).
Engage with commenters on social media posts. Provide fun/engaging responses and relevant answers.
Platform Specific Tasks:
Instagram:
Resharing Instagram reels & posts on stories
Create 3 Instagram Posts per week (Carousels, Video, Pictures etc)
Linkedin: Research relevant topics and create posts
3 Linkedin Carousels per week
3 News Article Comments per week
Repost 3 TikTok Videos per week
Comment on LinkedIn Posts for related companies
Video Editing | Graphic Design(10 hours/week):
Edit / Create: Edit video clips to create short form videos (30 seconds) for TikTok/ IG Reels / YT Shorts / Facebook Stories using CapCut (The same video will be used for all short form video platforms)
Design Carousels for Linkedin/Instagram using Canva

Email (5 hours/week):
Create and design 3 newsletters per week using Klaviyo Template.
Create headlines and design images (screenshots from videos) Schedule using Klaviyo.
Customer Service (5 hours/week):
Check Emails for new customer issues
Manage and Respond to Customer Issues
Notify and Escalate when necessary (large sales inquiries)
[REQUIREMENTS]
Speak & Write in fluent English
Familiarity using Slack for communication
Familiarity using a social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
Experience posting to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Experience Video Editing with tools like CapCut
Graphic design experience needed – though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
Available for 40 hours per week

Access to social media hashtag & scheduling tools
We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
Video content will be provided for you to edit.
Most (but not all) content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!
HOURS: 40 hours/week
RATE: $6.00/ hour ($960/month)
