Social Media Virtual Assistant

We’re Hiring a Social Media Assistant at Kendall Esthetics, a modern medical spa, where our mission is to provide every client with the ultimate medical spa and wellness experience. We are currently seeking a Social Media Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our social media tasks are completed to give back time to our in-clinic team so that the business day to day functions can be carried out as efficiently as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

Creating various social media posts in Canva that align with our aesthetic and message, as well as appropriate captions and hashtags
Uploading ready to go posts into PreviewApp
Creating social media reels that align with our aesthetic and message, with appropriate captions and hashtags
Scheduling social media for various platforms and in groups
Creating a variety of posts that include these different themes (educational, client/patient reviews, specials/promotions, and more).
Creating a variety of posts that include all of the services and products offered at Kendall Esthetics.
Creating posts with provided photos/videos, with limited use of Stock images (unless they follow our aesthetic guidelines and are not overused)
Content created in multiple forms (a social media feed post as well as reel)

The position requires:

Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and softwares
Positive energy
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends and in Mountain Standard Time
Completion of tasks in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will:

Have knowledge of Canva
Have knowledge of PreviewApp
Have knowledge of Temply
Have knowledge of Mojo
Have knowledge of other apps similar to those listed above
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning

**Knowledge of all softwares above not required – just preferred.
