I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant to support outgrowing business.
The successful candidate will manage a variety of social media tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Must meet clear deadlines, brand standards and guidelines, communicate efficiently in English and be proactive in fulfilling hours and getting work done.
Must have previous experience with:
– Creating Canva graphics for socials that meet brand standards
-Design and create engaging graphics, reels, posts and stories for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, plus others in future)
– Schedule and post content across various platforms using the provided scheduling platform.
– Engage with followers, identify leads, and follow chat guidelines for booking consultations.
– Welcome new followers on socials
– Ensure branding is consistent and follows business guidelines
– Ensure marketing schedule and deadlines are met daily.
– Source conversations and posts of interests in ideal facebook groups for Harmony Jade and provide Harmony with direct links to engage in valuable conversations for lead generation
– Post promotional posts to ideal facebook group pages to promote services including mentoring, events, and retreats
– Create high quality videos/reels from longer form content when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
– 1+ year of experience in virtual assistance or SMM a related field.
– Proficiency in graphic design using Canva.
– Strong social media engagement skills.
– Creation of high quality reels & videos for social media
– Experience in administration and appointment setting.
– Knowledge of podcast management and FB ads is a plus.
Soft Skills:
– Fast learner with attention to detail.
– Proactive and forward-thinking.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Open to learning new platforms and skills.
– Positive attitude and open to feedback.
– Technical Requirements:
– Familiarity with Later, Canva, CapCut/Descript, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, ClickUp.
Contract Details:
This is a part time contract position starting with 10 hours per week.
Rate: $5 AUD per hour, with potential for growth.
