Client Overview:
*Our client, Pauline, is a heart centered entrepreneur who built a brand new business to give Quality Pediatric Therapy and Family/Caregiver Support at an affordable rate in her town. She works a full-time job and supports her Pediatric Therapy clinic with a second job. She needs a Virtual Assistant to help her with social media and administrative tasks so she can make a bigger impact in her community.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time. You may choose a 4-hour-per-day schedule between 2pm Eastern Time and 8pm Eastern Time. So, for example, the earliest you could work is 2-6pm ET, and the latest would be 4pm – 8pm. Or you can choose a block of time in between.
*Must have Social Media experience
*She has a very simple website that needs updating. It is preferred that you have experience editing websites or blogs, but that is something our team can help train you on.

Responsibilities/Tasks
*Social Media
-Joining local parenting groups in Facebook
-Connecting with past clients on social media
-Connecting with parents in Facebook groups who are actively posting
-Promoting upcoming classes and events
-Promoting Group classes
*Website upkeep
*List Building
*Creating lists of businesses to market to in the local area
*Grant writing (This is something that will be trained at a later date. As long as you know how to write or use writing tools you will be able to do this part of the job.)
*Find and reach out to local childcares and pediatricians offices (find contacts, create outreach letters and send information via email)
*Email Marketing
-Manage email lists
-Create and send newsletters
