Role Overview:
As a Social Media Virtual Assistant with Lush Lens Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our models’ online profiles. Your primary responsibility will be to focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit marketing for a select group of models. You’ll curate captivating content, engage with the community, and implement strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Payment Structure:
Our payment structure is designed to be fair and rewarding. Please note that the specifics of how you’ll be compensated will vary based on the nature of our models and the evolving nature of our agency. However, for now, your role would involve focusing on 1 or 2 traffic sources for multiple models. You will receive a 10% commission of the total profit generated from each model you work with.
For instance, if you work with three models and handle Reddit + TikTok for all of them, you’ll earn 20% of the total profit from each model.
Career Progression:
We believe in nurturing talent and promoting growth within our team. As you continue to work with us and demonstrate your skills and commitment, you will have the opportunity to evolve into a General Manager role. In this capacity, you will oversee multiple models, managing the work and performance of Virtual Assistants that you have trained. This transition will involve focusing on higher-level management tasks and strategies.
