About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Writer & Ghostwriter to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll be a voice and ghostwriter behind our brand & personal accounts across various social media platforms, engaging with our audience and creating compelling content that resonates with them.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain a distinct brand voice that aligns with our company’s values and mission
Create engaging, original, and shareable content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and growth
Monitor social media trends and adapt our content strategy accordingly
Analyze social media metrics and create reports to measure the success of our campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Ability to engage with others online in a professional and empathetic manner
Creativity and a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
Highly Effective/Resourceful & Can work on making every communication special to another individual

Optional But Not Required
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in social media writing or a similar role
– Or a mind that loves writing and interpersonal communication, that can adapt through ambiguity and any problem thrown your way
– Some experience with working with real estate/apartment management groups on linkedin and other social channels
