Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Social Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to a vast network of influencers to promote our brand and onboard them into our creator program. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of responses effectively. The Social Outreach Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to develop and share a comprehensive social calendar, distribute educational materials to influencers, and track the performance of both individual influencers and the overall creator program.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Outreach: Actively research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand’s values and target audience. Reach out to a minimum of 2000 influencers per week to introduce our brand and creator program.
Response Management: Efficiently manage and respond to all inquiries and communications from influencers. Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers to encourage long-term collaboration.
Influencer Onboarding: Guide influencers through the onboarding process into our creator program, ensuring they understand the benefits, requirements, and expectations.
Educational Material Distribution: Develop and distribute educational and promotional materials to influencers to enhance their understanding of our brand, products, and marketing strategies.
Social Calendar Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share a comprehensive social calendar with influencers, ensuring timely and cohesive brand messaging across all campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencers and the overall success of the creator program. Generate reports and insights to guide future strategy adjustments and improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align influencer outreach efforts with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer outreach, social media management, or a related role, with a track record of managing large-scale outreach campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
Analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and measurement.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies.
