Role of Our Firm
At NY Law Firm, we specialize in representing clients applying for Social Security Disability benefits. Our team is dedicated to managing every aspect of the application process, from initial filing to appeals, if necessary. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver personalized attention, ensuring that each client’s case is handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: This role involves heavy phone and email communication with clients, providing them with updates, gathering necessary information, and offering reassurance throughout the application process.
Agency Liaison: Regular interaction with the Social Security Administration (SSA) is a critical part of this position. You will be responsible for submitting applications, following up on claims, and facilitating communication between the SSA and our clients.
Position Highlights:
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Training & Experience: Comprehensive training is provided to all new hires. Candidates with previous experience in Social Security Disability law may qualify for a higher salary and a reduced training period.
Salary: Salary will be $700 per month during the training period. Upon successful completion of training, the salary will increase to $900 per month.

Possess strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in client interactions, understanding the sensitive nature of our client’s conditions.
Have a keen interest in or experience with Social Security Disability law.

Must have C2 English proficiency, both written and spoken, ensuring the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively.
