I’m doing research for a book I’m writing. The book is about tips, tools, and best practices for attracting and keeping talented workers in organizations & I’m interviewing leaders for their insights to bring greater value to this book. I need help scheduling leaders into available timeslots for 20-minute Zoom interviews.

What are talent acquisition and talent retention? It’s making sure that a given organization is able to attract and keep the talented individuals they desire for their company’s long-term future.

I use LinkedIn to funnel all of my targeted interviewees into conversations with me. I’m looking for a social sales representative to keep my LinkedIn on track, respond to the messages I’ve received and get these leaders onto my schedule for a 20-minute chat. I receive many messages a week and I just can’t keep up.

A successful candidate will…
Go through LinkedIn messages to determine potential interviewees
Promptly reply to messages received on LinkedIn
Reply to comments on posts on LinkedIn
Willing to learn how to communicate in brand voice
Want long-term employment
Be proactive at identifying potential clients (will train)
Be a clear communicator with good spelling and grammar skills
Has a winning attitude, ready to jump in so small other tasks
Comfortable using and is experienced using CRM tools (I use Pipedrive, will train)
Be flexible to work from 11a-2 pm EST and willing to join a daily standup call
Identify and work towards ways on being more efficient in their job
Open to expanding to other social platforms over time (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc)

A typical day will consist of…
Filtering and categorizing LinkedIn messages and responses
Replying to potential clients (email, LinkedIn messaging, phone calls, text messages, etc)
Schedule 20-minute meetings using my Calendly link
Finding additional potential interviewees
Commenting on social media posts to create interest and customer relations
Adding or updating relevant information into CRM (Pipedrive)
Alerting Dr. Alvin (me!) to potential important conversations that require my attention
