FULL-TIME ROLE

Position Summary:
We’re in search of a Video Editor who excels in crafting compelling visual stories from Zoom interviews and webinar recordings. This role demands a unique blend of technical proficiency, creative flair, and editorial insight to distill lengthy content into impactful, bite-sized clips tailored for various platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our content creation team, identifying key moments in raw footage and transforming them into high-quality video content. The ideal candidate is not just technically adept but also has a sharp editorial eye, capable of pinpointing and emphasizing the most valuable sections of our content.

Key Responsibilities:

Editing raw Zoom interviews and webinar recordings, ensuring the final product is concise, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
Applying advanced visual effects and editing techniques to enhance video content quality and viewer engagement.
Collaborating with the content team to identify and extract key content segments, turning them into standalone video clips.
Formatting and optimizing video content for distribution across multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website.
Scheduling video content for release, pending review and approval by the content team.
Staying abreast of the latest trends in video editing and visual effects to continuously improve the quality and impact of our video content.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing and visual effects, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling video content from interviews and webinars.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and visual effects tools.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
