Position Overview:
As a Social Media Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our clients’ social media profiles, engaging in meaningful chats with customers, and promoting product sales through genuine and impactful conversations. Whether it’s casual small talk or deep discussions, your ability to connect will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and engage with customers across various social media platforms.
Initiate and maintain conversations that drive product sales and customer satisfaction.

Uphold a positive online brand image for our clients.

Quickly adapt to and apply new social media strategies and skills.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless social media experiences.

Stay current with industry trends and evolving social media algorithms.

Qualifications:
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
An unparalleled work ethic, including the ability to work 6 days a week (8 hours a day).

Strong aptitude for processing complex information.
Eagerness to learn and a rapid ability to implement newly acquired skills.
Proficiency in empathizing with others and strong interpersonal skills.
