The Project:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency embarking on a transformative project to overhaul our project management system, making it smarter, faster, and more integrated.

Initially we’re looking for ongoing support one day per week – but we are looking for someone to hustle, move up and quickly advance the project scope and role into a full time position.
While the low-code MVP you help create is intended to simply service our own projects, we want to quickly expand it into an all encompassing productivity standalone SaaS product.
Location: Remote (must communicate with GMT+0 timezone)
Employment basis: 1 day / week (to start)
Hours: 8 hours / day, flexible hours
Compensation: £200 / month + learn from marketing experts
Immediate Responsibilities:
? Craft and refine our integrated project management system in Airtable, focusing on automations that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
? Build intuitive interfaces in Softr, ensuring a seamless user experience for both our team and our clients.
? Implement JavaScript-enhanced automations and API integrations to sync data across various platforms, creating a cohesive ecosystem that automatically updates and informs relevant stakeholders.
? Lead as the subject matter expert on database structure best practices and data cleanliness.
? Pro-actively document, troubleshoot and evolve these systems over time, ensuring they are scalable and robust.
What You Bring to the Table:
? You’re an expert with Airtable and Softr, with plenty of significant project experience scoping and building software systems that do much more than just store data.
? Your JavaScript skills are top-notch – you’re comfortable combining information from multiple sources and applying transformations that deliver smooth, intuitive functionality for our users.
? You make rapid development progress, while also holding the holistic vision of what we’re achieving in mind – you build efficiently considering modularity, edge cases, robustness, scalability.
? You’re a native-level English speaker who can articulate complex ideas clearly, makes a habit of delivering comprehensive documentation and training materials, and can co-ordinate with our team to constantly improve UX.
? (Non-essential but ideal) Deep experience upgrading systems from no/low code MVP’s to more intensive development tools such as , Python, cloud solutions.
? (Non-essential but ideal) Deep familiarity with digital marketing in theory and practice, and knowledge of the technical requirements involved in fulfilling marketing services.
