We are a large tennis, pickleball, padel, fitness club in America. We are also expanding to new businesses in 2024.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team and lead the development of a groundbreaking tennis facility management application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing sports-related applications and possess the technical expertise to create a robust, user-friendly solution. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to provide a portfolio showcasing their previous work, particularly in the sports industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Develop a comprehensive CRM, appointment setting, and marketing application for tennis facilities from concept to implementation.
3. Integrate the application with popular platforms such as HubSpot to enhance marketing capabilities.
4. Ensure the application is user-friendly, scalable, and meets industry standards for security and performance.
5. Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability of the application.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on developing sports-related applications.
2. Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Django, JavaScript, React).
3. Experience with CRM and marketing integration, preferably with HubSpot or similar platforms.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. A portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in sports application development.

Additional Desired Skills:
1. Familiarity with tennis facility management software, such as Court Reserve.
2. Experience in creating and implementing project plans.
3. Ability to provide an estimated quote for the project.
