Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Software Engineer will play a key role in the development and maintenance of the Agent SideKick application, working with the latest technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a passion for innovation and a strong background in software development.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the Agent SideKick application.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
– Develop new features and enhancements for the application, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and consistency.
– Work closely with QA testers to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the application meets quality standards.
– Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to contribute to the team’s success.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, applying them to improve the application.

Requirements:
– Deep understanding of Computer Science, Engineering, with formal education or related experience in the field.
– Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in web development.
– Proficiency in React, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Supabase.
– Experience with serverless hosting, compute, and deployment using Vercel & Modal.
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
– Experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
