## Required Technical Skills & Experience

### **Technical Proficiency:**

Our tech stack includes:

– **Back-end:** AWS, Encore, PostgreSQL, Golang
– **Front-end:** Click to view, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion
– **Tools:** Docker, DataDog, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare

We value familiarity with our entire stack but primarily seek expertise in:

Applicants should have at least a year of experience with these technologies.

## Work Schedule & Holidays

– Full-time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday
– Remote work, allowing you to work in your timezone
– One-month probationary period
– Eligibility for vacation and sick leave after four months
– Recognition of all Filipino holidays

## Compensation and Benefits

– Monthly salary of $1,500 for a 40-hour workweek, with payment via EasyPay
– Regular payouts with an initial weekly schedule, shifting to semi-monthly after the first month
