Participate in project and scrum meetings to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Analyse, interpret, and construct scoping documents to outline project specifications and requirements.
Design and develop modules and tools according to customer’s specifications and requirements, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct comprehensive testing of completed works on mobile, tablet, and PC platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet the desired standards.
Identify, diagnose, and repair system bugs, implementing effective solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Provide support to the Kynection team various channels such as phone, 3CX, video chat, email, face-to-face, and helpdesk, resolving technical inquiries and issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Provide assistance to Kynection’s Support Team with the resolution of Level-2 Support Tickets.
Undertake peer work-reviews for fellow developers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to established standards.
Identify and communicate potential variations to the project scope to the Team Leader, highlighting any impacts on timeline, resources, or budget.
Undertake other duties as required, which may include assisting with system maintenance, contributing to technical documentation, and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualification and Attributes:
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or .
Proficient in English
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, React JS, Node JS.
In-depth knowledge of database systems, SQL, SQLite, MySQL.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.

Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
