Software Development Lead

**The Role**
As our Lead Software Developer, you will create a dynamic mobile application for our expanding customer base. But your role won’t stop there. We see this role evolving along with our growth, with you becoming the cornerstone of all our future software development projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Lead a team of software developers (or do it yourself) in the full lifecycle development of our mobile application.
– Ensure thorough quality assurance and testing protocols are followed.
– Participate in the debugging and maintenance of our software products.
– Develop project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of software solutions

**Key Qualifications**
– Extremely competent in full-stack development
– Highly proficient in Click to view, React Native, and Firebase
– Fluent English communication skills.

**Desirable Skills**
– Website development experience.
– Familiarity with recent language models and development tools
– Experience working with Shopify APIs.
– Project management experience – has led mobile app development teams of 2-5 employees.

Successful final-round candidates will undertake a paid 2 week trial period

**SALARY:**
$750AUD – $1,000AUD+ per week (~PHP 30-40k+) (salary depends on competence level)
